El Rafita
Una de las pocas críticas que se puede hacer al gobierno de Esperanza Aguirre es el mantenimiento del Defensor del Menor, esa institución siniestra cuya única finalidad es proteger al delincuente.
El 23 de mayo de 2003, un muchacho de 14 años llamado El Rafita, junto con otros tres amigos, violó, atropelló, torturó, quemó y asesinó a Sandro Palo, una chica deficiente mental. El Rafita ya es mayor de edad y gracias a la Ley del menor, ahora anda suelto y protegido por la justicia. Telecinco, tras meses de investigación, localizó al asesino. Por fin la sociedad conseguía ver el rostro de El Rafita. La madre de Sandra Palo lograba así que se difundieran imágenes del asesino de su hija. Su sueño, el único motivo por el que todavía merecía la pena vivir, se veía cumplido.
Pero la Fiscalía de Menores y el Defensor del Menor de la Comunidad de Madrid no tardaron en salir en defensa del... delincuente. A las pocas horas la imagen de El Rafita fue eliminada de la web de Telecinco y se amenazó a la cadena con emprender acciones legales si continuaba emitiendo vídeos o instantáneas del asesino.
Pues bien, nos ha llegado un e-mail con la foto de El Rafita. Que se vea, que se vea su cara, que la gente pueda reconocer por la calle a este asesino. Y que se sepa el nombre del Defensor del Menor del gobierno de Esperanza Aguirre, un tal Arturo Canalda, para que sus hijas a la hora de la cena le digan: "Papá, ¿y tú por qué defiendes a un asesino?". Fiscalía, esperamos querellas.
